  NORDIC FIN-1  —  2 MW Triple-Revenue Bitcoin Mining Facility  |  Finland

TIME-SENSITIVE: Investment decision required by mid-June 2026. Construction must begin July 1 for Dec 2026 commissioning.

A fully-permitted, shovel-ready 2 MW Bitcoin mining facility in Finland leveraging waste heat recovery and TSO grid balancing to achieve one of the lowest effective electricity costs available globally — as low as 1–3¢/kWh with operational flexibility.

POWER CAPACITY EFFECTIVE ¢/kWh HEAT RECOVERY SITE FEE
2 MW → 5 MW 1–3¢/kWh ~95% $50,000

SITE SPECIFICATIONS TRIPLE REVENUE MODEL (~10% Annual Downtime)
Location: Finland (Nordic Region)

Power: 2,000 kW (2 MW)  |  Expansion to 5 MW

ASIC: Whatsminer M6X or M7X Series

Est. Hash Rate: ~160 PH/s

Heat Output: 75–80°C → District Heating Network

Heat Recovery Rate: ~95% of power consumption

Grid Balancing: TSO Reserve Market (Finland)

ASIC Lead Time: ~4.5 months

Transformer Lead Time: ~5.5–6 months

Target Online: Early December 2026 (peak winter)

Bitcoin Mining (36%)

~14 J/T efficiency; continuous yield from ASIC compute.

Heat Resale (28%)

95% heat recovery sold to district heating at 75–80°C; doubles revenue during operating periods.

TSO Grid Balancing (36%)

Participate in Finland’s reserve activation market; receive payment to curtail load on demand.

Revenue split varies by uptime tolerance elected. At 80% uptime the grid balancing + heat resale revenue more than offsets PPA + transmission + taxes.

Grid balancing + heat resale more than offsets all costs Highly competitive vs. global colocation Still competitive; lower TSO revenue
